Rentflow messaging
Rentflow provides default message templates in 14 languages.
These templates are used for automated email messaging, for example, sending the tenant a message when they are late with the rent or towards the end of their rental contract asking if they wish to extend it.
Users can choose to create their own custom versions of these templates in up to 184 languages.
The automatic sending of each message is controlled by various different settings and Rentflow automatically determines the best language in which to send the message. The sending of each message type can be switched on or off.
Users can also add other custom templates which can then be used for manual email messaging throughout the system on all CRM persons. Manual email messages can also be sent without using a template. The history visibility of the sent messages can be controlled (normal, private, off). Basic text formatting of manual email messages is also provided.
All templates have a wide range of parameters that are used to pull in real data from across the system to prefill the message before sending.
On each template you can easily compare the texts of different languages, which aids in consistent translations, and also mark a language text as requiring an update and see when it was last changed.
All sent messages are stored on a Sent messages page, with full information about the message and any contracts/properties it is related to.
On each rental contract, for each message type, you can see when the last message was sent and when the next one is due to be sent.
Message receivers can also unsubscribe from all or selected messages.
Overall, Rentflow provides powerful multi-language messaging functionality that saves a huge amount of time, delivers consistent communication and control.
