Idea
Rentflow was born out of the need to manage a rapidly growing and complex property business.
In 2008, British national, Simon Tweddle started Sim Property Group in Prague, Czech Republic and grew it from nothing to cover 20+ cities in 4 countries providing a full range of property services (eg investment sourcing, fitouts, lettings, property management, sales & accountancy), with property management at its core.

Software
In order to manage this rapid growth, whilst keeping clients happy, we searched for a software solution to help us but we didn’t even come close to finding it, so, in 2009, took the decision to invest heavily into doing it ourselves as we knew we could do better.
For a long time we kept the software only for our own business needs, and continuously improved it. Due to requests from other companies, we decided to make it quietly available and gain further feedback. Based on the overwhelmingly positive response and high demand we’ve since launched it to the wider market under the Rentflow brand.
